The awards for last year are starting to come in and thanks to our amazing guests, we have achieved the rank of Mercedes-Benz “Best of the Best” and Porsche “Premier”. We are still awaiting official word on Lexus “Elite” (unofficially, you helped us win that too), as well as Jaguar “Pride” and Acura “Precision Team”.
Winning these awards in any given year is tough. With Porsche, however, we have now been awarded “Premier” status 4 straight years! No other Porsche Dealer in the Midwest can claim that distinction.
In order to achieve these distinctions, a Dealer must meet or beat all sales and service objectives, maintain a proper inventory level, achieve the highest Customer Service Index rankings, and provide the proper training for all associates.
